"Mr LaVecchia, I felt it necessary to write you. A friend of ours gave us a recipe for clam sauce that uses your chopped clams as the main ingredient. The recipe is similiar to your on line recipes. We also put in a can of anchovies when sauting the garlic and onions. The anchovies melt into the sauce and adds just a light taste to the sauce. I have to say that your clams and juice are far superior to anything on the market and rival anything I have ever had in the finest Italian Restaurants. I had trouble at first finding the product in the supermarket or Italian Speciality stores. This was a problem until I found Westside Wholesale Distributors who also sells to the public. I now buy your chopped clams by the case and I have passed the recipe on to many of our friends. I thank you for your outstanding product. I will be trying some of your other products.
