CLAM FONDUE



Preparation Time: 20 Minutes

Makes 6-8 Servings

Ingredients:

2 cans (6.5 oz) LaMonica Chopped Clams (do not drain)

2 tsp oil

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1  clove garlic, chopped

2 tbsp parsley

2 tbsp flour

2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 tsp oregano

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Brown garlic in oil. Add oregano, tomato sauce, flour, and clam juice. Cook for about 10 minutes, until sauce thickens. Add cheese, parsley, Clams, salt & pepper, and place in fondue pot. Keep warm. Serve with bread for dipping.
